Snug for iPhone · Last updated October 1, 2026
Snug helps you measure a room and try real furniture in it before you buy. It is built to work without collecting anything about you.
What stays on your iPhone
- The rooms you scan, the furniture you place, and room thumbnails are saved only on your device.
- Snug has no accounts, and nothing you create is uploaded to us.
- Deleting a room in the app, or deleting the app, removes that data.
Camera
Snug uses the camera to measure your room while you scan it. Camera frames are processed on your device to find the floor, walls and existing furniture. They are not recorded, saved or sent anywhere.
What we collect
Nothing. Snug contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, and we don't sell or share data, because we don't have any.
Third parties
- Product images. Catalog thumbnails load from Amazon's image servers, which see a standard web request from your device, like any website image.
- Retailer links. Tapping "See price" opens the retailer's website. What happens there is covered by that retailer's privacy policy. Snug may earn a commission on purchases, at no extra cost to you.
Children
Snug is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
